This was the perfect American diner. We left the headwaters of the Mississippi and started heading southeast. We figured we would find somewhere for breakfast along the way. With a name like Zappy's it has to be good. The servers were quick and attentive even though they were busy on a Saturday morning. Our cups of coffee never went dry. Our orders were correct.
